Awww, that IS cute!

Folks, HELP! I'm trying to do up my Amazon profile, and it keeps telling me that profanity is not acceptable! WHERE is the profanity???

Is it the mention of Australia? QUEENsland?

Be careful with "love" maybe its in the greek sense! Is "Yup" profane in the US?

I would redo it and sprinkle liberally with arses and see if that fixes it.

BAHAHAHA!

I discovered the problem through sheer trial and error - the link Kindle store links are profane.

Actually, there's a kind of logic there...

Looks good and worth a break for you.

I am also relaxing. Having done about 15 minutes of work today, I am hopping into bed (pyjamas are still on) to watch the final episode of lowdown and then I might read the 39 steps and then maybe a nap. I will turn off the computer so I don get any emails.

I don't mind that ongoing little things we're doing...but the big jobs tend to loom, until you actually do them and, as in this case, knock the bulk of it over in a half-day or two.

Okay, if you insist.

So...very...cold (Tewantin has thus far reached a top of 17.5C/63.5F, and I'm not sure it's going to get any warmer).

Us Queenslanders are a weak mob when it comes to cold, hey?

YES. Including me.

I remember moving to Sydney from further down south, and thinking the winters were fantastically WARM. Now I find them freezing.

I've been back to Sydney since moving here, but never in winter. I'm curious as to how I'd cope with their chill. Not very well probably, seeing as I've pretty much thrown out all my warm clothes. Of course, denial doesn't help me up here - I still insist on wearing shorts-and-t-shirt when I should be wearing trackie-daks-and-a-sloppy-joe (finishing up this fashion triumph with a pair of uggies).

Cheers,
Marc

Noice.

Yeah, I discovered that Sydney requires more than short-sleeve T and jumper... and that I didn't have anything else in my wardrobe. Long-sleeve t-shirts???

Now I live in Ipswich, and it's fooking cold in the mornings, and I wear long-sleeve stuff. And it feels WEIRD.

From years 6 to 9 (and a half) of school I lived at Amberley. TL1 still doesn't believe the sub-0C temps I tell him about (Sydney, Observatory Hill, I don't think has ever recorded a sub-0C temperature).

My feeling of weirdness comes with wearing shoes. I don't like it. I don't like it at all.

Cheers,
Marc
