Sounds a great series and one I would like to read, but being geographically restricted means a no go.

Great marketing ploy- offer a great free book (the first in a series) and have the others readily available for purchase.

I'm glad you liked it, Marilyn. I'm eagerly awaiting the sixth book in the series, to be released next month. Temeraire is one of the best characters I've run across in a long time. I'm not really into slash, but Temeraire and Laurence are my interspecies OTP.

(A platonic OTP, of course! But they really do love each other.)
