Thankyou very much for the novels! They are on my 'to-read' list In the meanwhile, I couldn't help noticing you don't have a liseuse (e-book reader) yet! Have you thought about a Kindle or Sony Reader yet? Last edited by AprilHare; 12-03-2009 at 07:09 AM. Reason: Clarification |

Thanks, all! Hope you enjoy! April, I'm still watching the technology at this point. So far I'm happy reading off my computer/netbook. Am especially curious about Plastic Logic's Que e-reader, set to debut in January. |

Hello, all! -- I've just released Deviations Vol. 4: Bloodlines. Same place, same formats (EPUB, HTML, PDF (reflowed), MOBI, LIT, LRF, PBD, PRC): http://home.earthlink.net/~deviations/index.html Other appearances so far this year include work in Astropoetica, Goblin Fruit, microcosms, Niteblade, PicFic, Thaumatrope, and unFold -- and work forthcoming in A Sea of Alone: Poems for Alfred Hitchcock (Dark Scribe Press), Dreams and Nightmares, Mythic Delirium, She Nailed A Stake Through His Head: Tales of Biblical Terror (Dybbuk Press), and Star*Line. Late last year I had poetry and fiction in Asimov's (Oct./Nov. 2009) and elsewhere. More info is on my main website, http://home.earthlink.net/~emalcohn/index.html. Thanks again! -- Elissa |

Thanks, astra and nashira! Astra, I have six books in the series. My current plans are to release them roughly six months apart, with Vol. 5, TelZodo, going live in December. I've been experimenting with audio as well -- have submitted the first installment of Vol. 1 (Covenant) to the Podiobooks mentoring board. It isn't ready for prime time yet, but I'll give a holler here when the audio's up to snuff. Have a great weekend! |

Hello, all! Vol. 5, Deviations: TelZodo, is now live for free download! Same places, same formats (EPUB, HTML, PDF (reflowed), MOBI, LIT, LRF, PBD, PRC): http://home.earthlink.net/~deviations/index.html https://www.smashwords.com/profile/view/ElissaMalcohn http://manybooks.net/authors/malcohne.html News from here: My novelette "Flotsam" (Asimov's, Nov./Dec. 2009) made the recommended reading list in The Year's Best SF #27 -- second consecutive year I've been on that list. Back in October my story "Judgment at Naioth" appeared in the Dybbuk Press anthology She Nailed A Stake Through His Head: Tales of Biblical Terror. (Nick Cato of The Horror Fiction Review named it his favorite in the anthology.) Fiction is forthcoming in Jack-o'-Spec: Tales of Halloween and Fantasy (Raven Electrick Ink). More publications news inside and outside the genre is available on my website. I plan to release the sixth and concluding series volume, Deviations: Second Covenant, next June. Thanks for reading. Wishing you all happy and safe holidays! -- Elissa |
