Thundercats was as bad as any other sat morning cartoon in the 80s. It does make almost every top 10 list for best 1980s cartoons though.

As I recall, the cartoons in those days had a frame rate of about 2 per second. Characters would stay frozen on the screen mouthing predictable dialogue for what seemed forever.

it was an interesting take on the Robin Hood Legend. Eleanor of Aquitaine got some screen time which is always nice there was even some *ahem* "history" of the Magna Carta, tying it into the whole "Hood" legend. there were some historically correct things (even though I started having Braveheart flashes a few times), and some really ridiculously conceived items (landing craft ). all in all fairly movie decent to watch

I just saw this yesterday actually, and I must say that I enjoyed it a lot. I was worried that I would have Gladiator flashbacks, but watching the two does not feel the same (thank God).

Of course, it was worth watching just because it had the adorable Aubrey Plaza.

What do you think of Community? I've been enjoying it...refreshing, but then I like Joel McHale too (and think Chevy Chase is cast well, even if it's typecast).
