I have a question.
I just received an invitation to a wedding involving two "people" I can't stand.
They know I can't stand them.
And while I do enjoy anything involving free booze and a crime against Nature, I'm not going.
My question is, should I write on the RSVP:
"Sorry to hear your daughter is knocked up. Hope you find the sperm donor.", or
"They make a lovely couple but I don't want one of the puppies."?

Assuming you are being serious...

Discretion being the better part of valor, I'd RSVP with a No (and an excuse or not) or just simply not reply.

More likely you've gotten something corrupted in your registry or maybe a hard disc or memory going bad...

Windows needs a fresh install every couple of years just for good measure (and to clear out the registry).

I would go. Just ignore the two people you can't stand. Free booze my uncle Gotlieb. You'll have to make a gift. Rent a little baby with a skin color different from the groom, rent a fake mother of the same hue and have them come to the ceremony. When the officiating person (this speech correctness is pain in the neck)says who has something to say say it now or keep the trap shut forever, or words to that effect. She jumps up and says: What about us, you fink! And, after a moment to let the astonished silence set in, you start to applaud. What do you think?
