Download large covers only

Is there any way to control the cover download source (or possibly add more)?

I'd like to avoid downloading small, blurry covers. Thanks

No not really. You can manually add the covers if you don't like the downloaded ones.

How are different cover sources prioritized now?

Are the smaller covers most likely from librarything?

Could a plugin change this functionality?

No the cover fetching is not pluginized. IIRC it looks on openlibrary then librarything then amazon

I have better results doing a google image search and downloading a larger cover to add. That also allows me to pick the cover I like the best, since many books have multiple covers. It does take a little time but is well worth it.
