duplicating is so easy in MR. I usually download a full tread that interests me, I load it on my reader and look at it with leisure.

plus the ones I already answered. and Geoff.

I will never forget this testimonial. Or, better I will forget it right away as it is a clear dementistration of your lack of judgment!

Somebody just mentioned the great Groucho and his club. I undesrtand why he wrote that.

I learned several things by this call for help. The context ones. The marvelous effectiveness of this system and, more important by far, the incredible power that this small group is capable of activating on a Sunday afternoon when most of the people are lounging around their swimming pool.

Just a small note about the SPOILER code: it does not hide the text when using the mobile version of MobileRead:

http://www.mobileread.mobi/forums/sh...ad.php?t=84404

but simply informs you there are "Spoilers below". LCF, you owe me $1500 in medical bills for treating my iPTS (iPhone Thumb Syndrome).

As to you, beppe, it sounds like a blog (eg. free at www.blogger.com) may be what you're looking for, but please be assured that your ramblings here always take us interesting places, and certainly have far more coherence than mine (ask anyone), and you should feel encouraged to post them, not hide them.

I've got away with mine for years.

Cheers,
Marc (it all makes sense inside my head, but loses it in the brain-to-keyboard translation)

Simplification, I would guess. Plain-ish text to best ensure cross-device compatibility and limit the amount of data downloaded? I'm not complaining at all...just mentioning it in case it affects the intended purpose of use sufficiently the bother the person using it.

And not only that but when YOU post using the mobile version the link in the notification email take the viewer to some strange location in the thread from which there is no recovery. It drives me crazy!

Your example is quite graphical. I did not think about mobiles as I gave up all that some years ago. I don't think that it impacts my particular problem. You are a very helpful one. All the best.
