It's beautiful stuff, but I only use it when desperate because it has a tendency to turn whatever's in my digestive system to gassy concrete. It hasn't kicked in yet - I hope!

Just came back from a walk via the Tanglewood Track to Hell's Gates, and back via the Boiling Pot. Feet are a bit sore...think next time I might barefoot it. Now about to watch a few Tivo'd photography docos.

My father in law had a Maserati 3500 and if gently prodded he will tell endless tales about those times, like yesterday night when I drove him home he told me episodes of the Mille Miglia of 1964 won by Ascari, that he went to see in Piacenza just before the bridge, covering himself behind a big tree. He came for the festung of Little Daughter that went very well thank you. We feasted him for his birthday also. 79 and he wears them very well, thank you.

Funny my lady did something similar a couple of weeks ago, except she dropped a glass on the floor and the sound of the impact made her flinch - and that was enough - then just as it was mending a couple of the cats had a spat on our bed, making her flinch - again ..... ice good, cocodamel (?) good, osteopath good (£35 for 10 mins manip !!!!!) ... fingers crossed it's healing .... (just) ....

Ouch! Back injuries are so often so incredibly mundane in origin, aren't they? What's the point of being in pain if you don't have a good story to go with it, darn it?? Like the time I broke my toe in a rug store

I hope your wife's back keeps getting better.

Codeine has kicked in - I'm at that dangerous stage of pain relief when it feels as though it's actually better enough for me to resume vaguely-normal activity... but oh, feels GOOD!
