Airedale Terriers originated in the Airedale and Wharfedale region of the Yorkshire dales. In fact Wharfedale Terrier was one of their early names before Airedale was settled on.

Wharfedale HiFi make loudspeakers. One of their signature speakers was and is called Airedale.

I can't stretch out my legs because Maggie is sleeping (and snoring) on my side at the end of the bed. Oscar is off the end of the bed, on the mat. I'm getting snoring in stereo.

I like lime jelly/jello.

You're right, though; I shouldn't throw parties. The last time I did, someone brought over a country-western duo to entertain, which went over well until late at night when they took a break and one of the guests thought that would be a good time to roll one of them into a little ball and sit on him. I had no idea why he did that, but guess who had to break it up?

And then there's always the folks who get jealous when someone asks their wife to dance.

Parties! Who need them!

How about chlorine gas? There have been a few family parties, after the booze started to flow, that I've seriously considered it!
