You should definitely stay home tomorrow - you don't want to run the risk of a relapse by going back too soon.

I can only really enjoy my duvet day once I've made the phone call to let them know I'm not coming in - the strain of wondering if my 'poorly voice' is convincing enough takes the edge off it till it's done.

Crossing my fingers.

Everything seems to be back on track for the sale of my mother's house. The house was appraised at well more than the buyers offered (of course), so they've been approved for their loan. Barring any unforeseen complications the sale will close on Friday. Which means my mother and I will be driving down to Vegas on Sunday to look at rentals.
