I hate not knowing the correct answer. I had it narrowed down to two so I picked the one with the shorter name to send in.

Making a fictional PI disappear is a lot harder than you think....(Look at the number of people who want to make Red disappear...)

Ahh, camping! So jealous!
Had a good time or did you spend it all pondering on the great mystery of the dead parrot?

You mean you spent all this time thinking, and then got too bored to type a longer name?

I'm guessing that tomorrow we won't get THE ANSWER. Yet.
Instead, we'll get a poll. To vote for the murderer.
Won't that be interesting!

Yes exactly, and if there were a poll I would be sad cause I will probably be way wrong.

I'm surprised no one has said that Rock killed pshrynk. I have 2 reasons for this solution:
  1. The crime is Oedipal. Rock is Pshrynk's creation after all, and while this reason might seem nuts to most of us, it would have appealed to pshrynk (and his creation) because he is a psychiatrist.
  2. Rock needed the billable hours. This particular clue was set up long before the contest.
  3. Who hasn't wanted to kill their shrink?

Very interesting. But shouldn't Rock sleep with his mother then?

Had a good time I didn't really spent much time in the camp - about 4h/day including going to "bed", sleeping and waking up. But as Zippy would tell you, when she decides to speak the truth - sleep is largely overestimated.

Btw Rock almost just gave me a heart attack with the post at 12AM on the Contest Topic. For a few minutes I was sure I missed the deadline. But now I gave my answer and can go to a real bed.

And I've noticed that a certain moderator who had a Large Rare White Penguin for an avatar changed it right around the time of pshrink's murder! What other Large Rare White animal might said moderator be afraid of being linked to?

Don't you all find it a little suspicious that the German guy knew about the Nook, which was under the stiff and inside a pouch, hmmm?

Someone said that MTH was lying, but...

Pilotbob said that MTravellerH was polishing the prize cases, but MTH said he was “busy with the new reader at the time.” Earlier, Zippy was seen by Rock to be absent-mindedly dusting the cases. Why dust the cases if Pilotbob was telling the truth about their being recently polished? Pilotbob must be lying or mistaken about what MTH was doing. Why? Or was Zelda trying to eliminate fingerprints? Then why was MTH lying? Remember, Pilotbob said he believed MTH lacked the imagination to lie. And was the “new reader” at which MTH said he was looking the Nook that was found broken under pshrink’s body? If MTH was giving the Nook a look, then he was at the murder scene. If he was polishing the cases, he was at the murder scene. Either way, MTH had opportunity! Then again, the “penguin” (Pilotbob, or Nate?) was seen heading toward the area before the ruckus began. Was Pilotbob the murderer? Was Nate?

Keep in mind, I've already sent in my solution, and may just be trying to confuse you!

For the procrastinators, you only have 4 hours and 59 minutes until the deadline!

You don't need to try to confuse us Tom.
We are already confused enough as it is

And while you ponder, laddies, ponder this: How can a spray-painted dog retain its original color, hmmm?

Pilotbob said that Ravenne was spray-painting a dog at the time, but she said she was trying to get the next contest ready for the members. Was he lying about what she was doing, or does the next contest involve a spray-painted dog? Since the next contest is now out (a drawing for an iPad), it seems as if Ravenne was lying. But then, why is the dog still grey? Hmmm!
