1) It's .org, not .com
2) No way to tell, at the moment.
3) Archive.org has some listings.
4) This thread is probably going to be severely edited soon.

The server is being moved to a new location, Iran or some such place. Just keep checking back every couple of days. The forum related to the site in [Deleted]. Status and updates can be reviewed there.

That which shall not be named is up and working again. No telling how long. BTW, my understanding is that the site is established in jurisdictions where it is not illegal.
