It doesn't matter when put next to these two languages. The difference is that "Čeština" is a noun (name of a language) while "Český" is an adjective.

1.1.0beta is out, as usual, available for download on project's site:

To fix translations, download and extract to SD card (MS won't work, sorry) the beta tester's pack. (language files are located in beta\core\lang\ on SD card)

Detailed change log will be posted on project's corresponding wiki page in a few minutes.

- My fault in the german translation: I changed "lade..." into "lade auf..." as I had "to charge" in mind; maybe "lese ein..." fits better... ??

- Using the german translation, I had a problem with "Gerätesperre" - I don't use it, but it says "Ja" in my menu. I changed it into "N(ein)..." and surprisingly after that it was activated??

- "Schriftgröße": maybe it looks better without (S), (M) and (L) ??

- "Verknüpfung folgen": better using "ENTER" or both... " Verknüpfung folgen - 'ENTER' " as it's more in common use ??

I installed the beta. I created a folder called "dictionary" in database\system\PRSPlus\, then put a text file into the folder called "Webster.dic". In PRS+ Settings, I attempted to select the dictionary file but the only option is "disabled". What am I doing wrong?

- I didn't catch that, it should be "lade" indeed
- you are also correct with regards to device lock, the values are switched
- maybe it would look better like "Kleine Schrift (S)"? Otherwise the S/M/L doesn't really bother me, the "unit" is well known from clothing etc.
- "Verknüpfung folgen" should be correct here, it means following a link in a book. "Enter" would imply entering a different book or something.. besides, it's not really german

I will correct the js later on, hopefully kartu doesn't go nuts because of all these changes =)

Copy your file to database\system\PRSPLus\dictionary\, then edit the file user.config (which was included in one of the zips) to include the following line:
config.userDictionaryPath = "/Data/database/system/PRSPlus/dictionary";
After that your dictionary should appear in the Dictionary addon. Remember to assign a key to the Dictionary function afterwards.

Confirmed. It's a bug. Put:

config.userDictionaryPath = "/Data/database/system/PRSPlus/dictionary/";

into user.config (if you are using beta pack) as a workaround.

Sorry to be obtuse, but where does the corrected "user.config" file go? Somewhere in the internal memory after the beta is installed? Somewhere on the SD card following by a reinstalling of the beta? Thanks.

On this stage it's not a big deal even if you change entire file.

By the way, if the same string is repeated many times, you could introduce a variable, then simply assign to it, instead of repeating strings (as this is language specific decision it should be done by those, who translate, as in different languages it might not be the same string)

to illustrate, what I am talking about:

var strDisabled = "disabled"; // somewhere in the beginning of the file
......
VALUE_DISABLED: strDisabled,
.....

Just use the installer, then unpack the contents of PRSP_505_1.1.0beta_BetaTesters_pack.zip to your SD card, so the folder "beta" is in your SD-Card root folder. The user.config file should be right next to it. Edit it with the text-editor of your choice and add the line posted above.

Kartu-Kravitz, could you explain me how to unpack the fsk.img to change the icons and the pack again, and create md5 to use this modifications with the installer?

where can i find files dictionary with extension .dic?

Use the build tool from build repository. Download it (you'll need ant, java, windows and admin rights (to change file attributes), and execute:

1) ant download
2) change whatever you want
3) ant dobuild

you'll get installer in dist subfolder.
