You don't wear it! Well, you can, but....only for entertainment purposes between consenting adults.
You hang it outside your front door. When visitors arrive, they grab the handle, give it a shake and the "bells" ring.

In honor of Paranormal Day, I strolled over to the old DeFeo House, a.k.a. "The Amityville Horror" House. ( Not only do I live that close, my cousin's wife knew Ronnie DeFeo, who slaughtered his family in that house! ) Just wanted to see the "Hoax House". The only really interesting place nearby was Pilgrim State Psychiatric, until they demolished the abandoned parts of the facility. A local bus route goes through the complex and there is nothing creepier than watching hospital staff make the sign of the cross in unison when the bus enters the grounds. Sometimes, near dusk, you can see figures among the rubble.

A Hoax? You honestly believe it was all a hoax? But what about the flies at the window? Don't you know that flies at a window is proof positive of paranormal activity?

It's best to go early in the day. The house is in the nice section of Amityville, near the water. The rest of the town goes from good to bad street by street. Some crack houses in the area.

You'll make tons of money asking people if they want to see the monster in that neighborhood at night.
Of course, you'll be shocked by what they think "seeing the monster" means.
You'll need all the money for bail when you're busted for prostitution.
