Yesterday, I had a plate of veggies for lunch and also for dinner. I'm about to have some granola for breakfast. Cake (and bacon and doughnuts) are simply figments of our collective imaginations. So ignore the visions and chatter about these things because they are not real.

Noooo. How could I have thought for a moment that .... Noooo. Do not tell me that also the trebuchet stuff is ... Noooo.

And I wish you and BOb and others (not me, of course - ahem!) the best of luck on their regimens.

That's why companies prefer hiring temps. they're not obligated to treat them as well as "protected" employees. Being your own boss stinks at times.
This is a trend going where that more and more workers will become self employed. Worse yet, because you're self employed, you can't get employment insurance protection.

Weighed myself last night after work and total weight loss was 51 lbs according to the scale... the initial digit (hundreds column) was one smaller... haven't seen that in years. But, this AM it was back up... but those small fluctuations are common.

So, I'm gonna call it 50% of the way to my "lose at least" 100lbs this year goal. This loss was all in 3 months, Feb1 thru today. I'm pretty happy with myself.

So, you all enjoy your chocolate and cake and muffins and I will enjoy being able to breath after climbing the stairs to the third floor (2nd floor for you Euros) in the parking garage.
