Hey folks,

I know this isn't the best place for it - but would all inclined please send some healing prayer/vibes our way? Hubby's had a bad reaction post-op (possibly 'just' a reaction to the epidural used), I'm not sure what's going on atm, just waiting at home for MIL to pick me up.

While there's a good chance it's relatively minor in nature, I'd sure appreciate some help to make sure of it!

Just washed my injured foot for the first time since march 11th. 45 days ago. It's like if it had died and is regrowing again...

Got home from the Doc appt a little while ago... he was amazed at all the numbers. He thought they made a mistake on my weight.

So, officially since the Jan 26 appt...

Lost: 44lbs

Total Cholesterol from 220 to 160
LDL from 166 to 100
HDL the same, still a low 26
Triglycerides from 152 to 150
BP not bad at 137/78

Blood sugar from pre-diabetic 110 to a normal 96.

I still got a long way to go... the the Eat to Live plan is proving that not only do you lose weight, but it is much healthier than what I was eating before. At least for me.

Congrats Bob - I have my physical tomorrow. Hope my numbers are as good as yours were! Rather than any special diet, I've been simply reducing portion size and eliminating ALL snacking. Plus I now have the lawn to mow again!
