actually after some ice, doubled up pain killers and elevation, it's not too bad! I have physical therapy tomorrow, so my therapist will be able to evaluate it. in a weird way that may have almost been a good thing... getting it to bend those last few degrees... the thigh muscles still hurt hella bad, but the knee itself is mostly ok! not screaming bloody murder like it was!
