Pocketbook 302 out of stock?

Greetings,

I was very close to pulling the trigger on a PB302 (the nook just didn't do enough for me and the battery life was not great) but they are now showing out of stock on pocketbookreader.com. Is this accurate? Anyword as to when they will get another shipment? Will the new shipment have the matte screen or the glossy screen?

I noticed their website said all the 302's were out of stock, too. But I just discovered you can get them direct from their U.S. warehouse (in Kansas) on eBay. (They have the white one on eBay, too.)

I think these are the ones with the glarey screens. I can't decide whether to order one or wait for the 602 with the Wacom screen. Or switch and get the BeBook Neo. Or wait 6 - 8 weeks and see if any of the promised large screen models ever come out. Decisions, decisions, decisions.

Just to clarify - the 603 will be the one with the Wacom screen (and GPS), the 602 will have a matte resistive touch screen and is expected for May, I think.

Which doesn't make your decision easier, of course...

Funny you should post this. I just bought one last night from this source. So it's their warehouse? I asked the ebay seller what the relationship was with Pocketbook and with Yaroslav. The answer I got was ambiguous: colleagues and competitors.

But I did get it for 325 plus shipping. You can do this by making an offer.

I'm not in Ukraine, I'm in Staten Island NY))) If the problem arises you can contact either Tatyana or myslef, or, beginning from May 1, we'll have an 800-number with customer service in the US.
Anyway, you have your 2-year warranty and there is an address on it where to send (God forbid) a malfunctioning device.
