She lived in rue de Chateu in the XIV. So we commuted about every two weeks. She came down here and I came up there. Then it was more me going up. I was more free with my work obligations. Flew up on Thursday evening, went back Monday morning. Plus the holidays of course. It went on for four years. Paris is the best place in the world to be in love. Then we decided to really live together else the affair would have evaporated. Here I own the house, I have quite a good salary not so easy to export, blah, blah. So we gave up Paname for a small village in NW Lombardy. She found a very good job and we have lived very happily since. She being Italian, from Milano like me and in the same profession helps a lot. Until the little one arrived 3 years ago - thanks to all the upstairs management for that - we went back to Paris many times every year. We still have many friends. In Paris one can reserve a tennis court with Auditel! That's civilization.

I think that the penguin is just the avatar. He looks to me like a very reliable person. The most reliable person in the whole Forum. Not the more serious or the more ponderous. And if he says that he lost 32 lb in a month I believe him blindly. And that's the truth

I feel your pain - I've dropped 10 pounds since I could get out walking again (without freezing or drowning) and want to shed another 10 before my annual physical exam at the end of April. I've totally given up snack food - instead have sliced up a pound of colby cheese into tiny cubes that I munch on.

We are not two anymore. But three! which is a lot of fun, the little one being as pretty and smart as her mamma and undeflectable as her papà. Last edited by beppe; 04-13-2010 at 01:16 AM.

do not fall into the trap of those she persons. Attracted by the dieting performances you claim and confirm in your very post! Emulation! Apparently to someone the word attraction has to be related to ... I do not want to say the word. There is also gravity, magnetism, interest. Concepts, even abstractions.
