			I see no problem with specific markets adding data relevant to their needs in a separate file at the root level of the structure. Anyone who does so should be obliged to state how this information relates to the current OPF metadata however. 
		
	
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
	
	Let Apple add in its own funky plist for iTunes, fine. But we shouldn't be forced to grope around in the dark to discover how to structure the OPF correctly so that iTunes finds the right data.  |
