I actually exchanged a couple tweets with the publisher about Green Mars - They say it was removed due to a formatting problem and is due to be replaced. This one was removed before, and is not related to, the Agency Model changes.

All these should be available on Webscription. They're all published by Baen, IIRC.

I wish Amazon would come up with an automatic method for replacing books that have had formatting errors fixed. Right now you have to get them to refund your money and delete the book from your archive and then re-purchase the book.

Not satisfactory.

Agreed. They apparently save a copy of the version you bought in your "space" on their servers. It would likely be far more efficient for them to merely save a pointer to a master copy that's updated when appropriate.

Their solution is more robust, and should be more user-friendly, but fails in the case of updates.

I purchased Cordelia's Honor, Young Miles, Miles Errant, Miles in Love, Miles, Mutants, and Microbes, and Miles, Mystery, and Mayhem (the collected volumes, rather than individual novels/story collections, although those are available as well) from Webscriptions; The Vorkosigan Companion is also available from them. Webscription's e-books for the Kindle are all in Mobipocket format with no DRM (as an added benefit, once you've bought the e-book, the webscriptions site remembers it, and you can download the book again in the same or another format).
