I hate politicians that ignore the people for the greater good. The process is more important than the final product. The process defines who you are as an individual and nation.

The majority of us who are angry are not angry at the idea of helping the people who cannot afford health care, we are more upset that our representatives gave us the finger and said they will do what they want. The problem is with a representative government is once you vote them in power people assume that everything they are doing is the will of the people.

If anything this is going to be fun to watch over the next 20-40 months.

Because I don't need it, and I don't appreciate being forced to buy it.

Because the gov't. should fix the health insurance systems it already runs before starting another.

Because it's a new tax to pay for a program that I cannot use.

For one who just went through the Canadian health system as a patient, I am truly grateful!!!
The care I have gotten in this regional hospital was excellent! True that I've had to wait a good while but it was a weekend afterall.

The reason for delays is due to lack of personnel and not because there are none hired but that there are none to be hired. That should be resolved in a few years. Our young nurses and doctors are so well trained that other countries snap them up.
