downgrade firmware?
hi,
is it possible to downgrade the firmware on the pocketbook? where can i download older firmwares? i recently upgraded my pb to the latest firmware and now fbreader is ignoring <i> tags and also css-styles like "margin-left: ...". the adobe app and fbreader, that shipped with the older firmware, worked just fine. i attached an epub, which i created with sigil, that shows the issue. cheers 71117c |

It't it easier to install just an other version of fbreader?

Attached is an older firmware for the PocketBook 360° (14.2)
If you like to downgrade, just try that version. Its also attached in the german PocketBook forum But the solution to try another version of FBReader should be the best. This version has much more tweaking possibilities and also the 180° function. |

thanks for the quick reply! edit: the alternative version of fbreader didn't fix the problem. can someone confirm my problem? the epub attached in my first post should be rendered like this: first line: "test" italic second line: "test" normal third line: "test" indented to ~middle of the page. maybe there is something wrong with the epub i created, although it is rendered correctly in all other readers i tried, including fbreader 0.12.7 installed on my linux desktop. Its also correct rendered with AdobeViewer
And I cant find any mistake or something conspicuous else. Ill try to find out but i guess you got more chances to get this solved, if you ask at the ePubForum (mobileread.com) |

i think that's a bug in the new pocketbook firmware, since all other epub readers i tried, plus fbreader included in the previous firmware don't show this behavior.
