Phenomenal Memory?

Has anyone here heard of the School of Phenomenal Memory? I am looking into memory improvement and that was one of the first sites that I saw. So I just wanted to know if anyone knew anything about it. Scam or no Scam?

Sorry, I can't remember (chuckle) ever hearing about them but the name makes me automatically suspicious.

How much money do they want for the service?

You might find a book called The Einstein Factor interesting.

Not sure if it's related to this, but wasn't it Einstein who said that we only use a very small fraction of the capabilities of our brain?

I don't know. He might have been. The book is actually about techniques to communicate with your subconscious mind at will. The theory is that your subconscious mind is incapable of forgetting even the smallest detail. If you can then communicate with it at will, you will more or less have photographic memory.

I also came across this website and thought to myself 'scam'. After doing some research though, I've decided to give them a try. Don't get first post suspicions, I'm not affiliated with them at all. I'm going to be starting their lessons and I should finish in 2 months with the basic course. I will be posting about my progress on the forums over at their forums. The main reason why I don't think it is a scam is that I have studied the background of the school, and I have read their free GMS manual, which explains the techniques used in the course. Even just by reading the manual I have been able to apply a few things. Anyway, it's good to be careful, especially when someone is asking for your money. If you still have questions, I'd be happy to try and answer them. If the course turns out well for me, then I'll say so. If it turns out to be a bomb, I'll be the first one to post anywhere I can.

I took the course. It works, and everything they are saying is true and more.

Bought it from realmemoryimprovement.com same company.

If you have any doubts, do as I did: Go to the discussion forum, and chat with some of the current students on skype. Try to find someone in your city, and meet them personally. I did. And what they could do just blew my mind away.

Honestly, do you see many products online have open discussion forums??? The only way they remotely could have something like that, was if the product was working and keeping all the promises they've made.

The course is about 300$, and when you see how much it will change your life, you too will think thats pretty cheap. The best money I ever spent.

Einar,
Norway

Wow, three first time posters all extolling the virtues of a site that wants your money that no one here has ever heard of, and they registered just to tell us about their wonderful experiences. I'll jump right on that!

Perhaps they've been lurking for a long time and have only just now remembered to register?

I'd say that you need it considering all the other places you've innocently asked about it...

...Maybe if you bought an iLiad or Sony Reader?

What do they say: if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then it's, er, I forget?

The word "spammer" does sneak into my mind for some strange reason.

I understand how skeptical you all are. I was too but decided I would see what happened. I've been working with the course for 2 weeks now and it has helped a lot. I wish I could meet with you in person to show you just how much my memory has improved... I'm not asking/telling you to join, but if you are even a tiny bit curious, read the GMS manual I linked to in my earlier post... During the last portion of the manual it explains all the techniques used in the course. You can take those techniques and apply them for free. Try it... Try and memorize a list of 20 items using the 'Chain Method' in the manual... it worked for me, and I've never had a good memory. If it doesn't work, then you've only lost a few minutes of your time. If it does work, you can take that and always remember your shopping lists or you can take a leap and enroll.

One thing: the course doesn't contain any theoretical information not in the manual. The course is a set of guided lessons designed to take you through your development step by step. I post this only because of how awesome I really think it is. You can email me to talk about it or talk about it here, just don't pass it off as a scam without looking at it, there are good things in life, and if you're too skeptical you might miss them all.
