It saved me from insanity. From my Social Anxiety Disorder.

Without it, I never would have found my way here. A safe place for me to speak my mind. To learn how to interact with others. To have friends.

Without it, my only outlet, emotionally, intellectually, was talking to the dog.

Which wasn't doing much for his mental health either.
