They also have very good soups at Picard. In the winter I like Potage Brighton (cheddar and potato), and in the summer they have delicious potages glacés

i like their carotte, choufleur and cumin soupe. especially because after i bought some there the first time i realised it's really easy to make it myself. in fact i have some in my freezer right now. that potage brighton sounds delicious (i think i'm hungry, but i just ate not long ago. that's the problem with eating only soupe and purée and yoghurt and such, it just doesn't fill you up very much. ). but before i buy any more frozen soupes i have to eat some of those frozen purées that are filling up my freezer. i have at least 3 or 4 kinds in there : carotte (i just realised i could make some carotte and ginger soupe with that purée... hm...), broken pea, mixed green vegetables, broccoli... i might have some others too. plus some raspberries and some mûres (boysenberries ? i'm not sure) which i am planning to use to make smoothies. and that is not counting all the non-frozen stuff i bought. i'm not good at estimating quantities but i'm starting to suspect i may have enough food in there for the next 6 months or more. sadly, that doesn't mean i'm in the mood for what i have already.

oh, yep, i bought plenty of chick peas and a new jar of tahine so i could make some hoummous. thanks for reminding me, actually, maybe i'll make some today. (or maybe if i go shopping tomorrow i'll just buy some since i'm still feeling a bit lazy. )

try Brie or camembert. they are heavy and sticky, I've had some luck with those. or you just make your cat into a purrito and shove the pill as far down their throat as you can

Good luck with that. Ours just keeps getting trickier and pickier. A couple of months ago I put his monthly heart-worm pill in a sausage; he ate the sausage and spit out the pill. Last month he refused the sausage altogether. He wanted tuna.

He's a spoiled little son of a bitch!
