Stopping Time, Part 1, by Melissa Marr, is currently 99 cents to pre-order in the Kindle store, but the author says that it will be free upon release, which is March 16. Stopping Time, Part 2 is also available to pre-order for 99 cents (so far, I don't see any indication that this one will be free); combined, the two form a between-the-books sequel to Ink Exchange, the second in her Wicked Lovely series, which continues with Fragile Eternity ($9.99 Kindle; releasing in paperback March 23).
