Am and Javed, thank you both. My signature does look larger to you both than to me. I guess I'll leave it at size 2 , as when I try size 1, I can't even distinguish the letters.

I'm a little late to the party but I am SO happy I purchased one (well, actually, two ~ a purple and a fuchsia) M-edge executive cover for my 600. I've dropped it a few times (from various heights) and haven't sustained any damage. When you "juggle" as much stuff as I do, protection for your reader is essential.

Tom, I'm so sorry about your Kindle. I know I would be devastated if anything happened to my Sony.

I'm begining to think that a strap or lanyard would be a good idea for people who have to juggle a lot of things - the sort of thing that comes with binoculars and some cameras. It might stop the reader from actually hitting the ground.

I never take my reader without strapping it first. Saved its life numerous times. The only time it really fell down was when his overconfident owner decided he could let go of the reader (and let it swing on the strap) to open a door...

I love hazelnut. There is a flavored coffee here called "Snickerdoodle" - it's hazelnut and Irish cream combined - I call it "liquid cookie" - wonderful as a dessert coffee or to warm up with after shoveling snow.
