I think Marc just switched off the sun again...or we're having a solar eclipse...or the end of the world is nigh...or maybe just a bad thunderstorm on it's way. I hear terrible grumbling outside and it's really, really DARK for 10:30am, or midnight even.

Nah . . . I'm way out near Ralph Sir Edward.

I think it's safe now. Marc turned the sun back on, but the sky is still dripping a little. They say it should be a very nice day later, but I don't know if we can trust them, whoever they are.

We need to put one of those child-proof guards ("Marc proof) on the sun to prevent these untimely outages.

It's over 60 degrees F!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and partly sunny!!!!!!!!! and smells like SPRING!!!!!
Most of the snow is gone, even the iceberg at the foot of the driveway has shrunk considerably. I'm probably tempting fate by rejoicing, and we'll get another arctic blast, but today...is beautiful!

Yeah, but according to weather.com. by the time it gets here, it'll be thunderstorms instead of snow

. Extended forecast says highs in the high 40's to mid 50's for the next ten days. So it won't be as warm as it is today, but it's definitely better than below freezing!
