Thanks! That is an 18x13mm synthetic stone that I was testing out. (I won't name the brand name here, but it is made in Australia.) It was a joy to cut and polish, but too soft for rings and would scratch easily. That green one will be a pendant to match a Helenite ring that I have had for 20 yrs or so. I got a packet with the green, a "morganite" peach, pink, sapphire blue, and aqua blue, just to sample the material. Don't think that I'll buy anymore, because it is sort of expensive for it to be synthetic. For instance, natural pink quartz would cost me less than this artificial did.

That's painful when that happens

My cat insurance people did that, but only the once. Then the vets called and asked if we'd like cat carrier back, after we'd told them to keep it and give it to the blue cross.

Despite that, if/when we do get pets again we would use the same vets and the same insurance company - their service otherwise was excellent

Dammit, DG! That's so upsetting On the bright side, maybe the police have been DYING for a good excuse to get into that house, and maybe now they'll have it?

Our previous real estate agent - ie, for the house we were living in before we moved two months ago - just sent us an entry notice. They've scheduled an inspection for the 24th. 'Moronic incompetence' just hit a new low.
