But the M-Edge already have a PRS-900 light. However it still takes a single AAA battery and has a single LED light, so I'm not sure if it's significantly better than the Sony one.

Yes, the light exists but what cover am I to use? They aren't available yet. The Mighty Bright TravelFlex is one LED and a single AAA battery as well. It's very bright. I keep that one in my bag because it has a small footprint. Most people complain that the Sony light/case is just too dim for the money but they like the all-in-one look.

I'm waiting for these clever people on the forum to figure out how to use the Mighty Bright light with the Sony case. Now that would be something. In the meantime I think I'll revert back to the original Sony case + a clip-on light. |

I bought an energy booster last Friday. It's basically what I wanted to build. It has a Li battery, 2 USB ports (which can probably be used to power the reader also when on the road without an outlet) and a wall charger. Lighting is as good as the pictures I made using the USB hub. Next week at work I'll try to make an aluminum clamp to attach the battery to the readers cover.
