			I'm not quite sure what they mean either to be honest. What I would expect is for you to return your reader then once they have received it for you to get a refund or replacement. 
		
	
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
		
	
	I don't think I could be bothered with all of this nonsense. Is there a whsmith store near you - I would take your reader in and demand a refund/replacement on the spot - they can then deal with the faulty reader in store. What a palava.  |
