It is not true. The sum of all primes less than 100 is 1060 so there is no way the premise is true.

Holy crap, you're right, if what they mean is the sum of all primes under 100. And if you add the individual digits of those primes together, the result is 214. Now I'm going to add the sum of the individual digits of the first 100 primes.
