Okay, at risk of a repeat statement because I haven't read all 10 pages of the forum. Just the first 4/5. I just returned from Best Buy with a treasure in my hands. It appears that BBC boxes "The Complete Specials" together. These are the last 4 Specials with David Tennant. 1) The Next Doctor 2) Planet of the Dead 3) The Waters of Mars 4) The End of Time Pt1 & 2 All for the outstandingly low price of $39.99 Which is an awesome price since The End of Time alone is $19.99 and The Waters of Mars alone is $12.99 Just letting everyone know...run out and secure your copy! Peace all -Spirit |

DR who knows where he can go. I tried to buy some of his older shows and it is 20 bucks a damn episode. The doctor can go take a long walk off of a short pier in my opinion. I don't even pay that much for a damn shrink |

An episode, or a story (ie 4 or 6 episodes)? US$20 sounds reasonable for a DVD; the reason to buy the DVDs is all the "extras" - commentaries, "making ofs", interviews, etc. For a Dr Who fan, this is all essential stuff. I have all the BBC DVDs.

So I get 4-6 episodes and not just 1 for almost the price of an entire season here in the US? I wish I would have taped the show as a kid. |
