Mystery Author - Delurking
Hello Everyone,
I posted an intro on the news thread but desertgrandma's signature line tipped me off to introduce myself here, as well. My name is Nicola Furlong. I'm a published mystery author living on southern Vancouver Island, BC (nearish to the 2010 Olympic venues). I've put a couple of my novels (one dark psychological suspense and one golf mystery) up as ebooks for $2.99US on a number of sites, including mobipocket and smashwords. What an interesting surname! Or perhaps it's just a pen name? Which of course, one gets to choose, and one can then have a more interesting pen name than perhaps one's real life surname.

Greatly appreciate the kind welcomes. BTW, badgood Deb, thank you re my surname. It is my own. It's an English term which means 1/8th of a mile, often heard/seen at horse racing tracks. Coincidentally, I'm one of eight children so we have a family that's a mile long! Have to say, it felt like that at dinner sometimes. Cheers. Nicola |
