Possible to Darken the Standard PP case?

I like the standard case but would prefer a Darker Tan color if nothing else. Any one know of a way to do this?

Would Shoe Polish work?

black or dark brown that is.........

There are leather colouring products available, usually used for repairing or restoring car interiors.

Dear Hidari:

I would not recommend Shoe Polish as my past experience is it never fully dries and will always rub off again and again.

Legally, I cannot recommend on this subject for Astak. As a private person, however, I would visit a shoe repair (used to be called Cobblers) who would know exactly waht to use and likely have some!

off to the Cobbler....some time soon.. several near my house...... I like the color of the case actually,,,,,, but a wee bit darker would be nice.

I use Kewi Leather Lotion on all my leather cases to condition and protect them. The case for my Jornada was about the same shade as the PP case and it did darken some when I used the lotion on it. Now that I have my PP and have looked at the case I think it might darken some as well with an application or two of the lotion.
