I only have one dedicated reader (6" EZ Reader) and that's what I read on most, but I also have an iPod Touch that I read on occasionally and my laptop. I read on the laptop more than the Touch, but not nearly as much as the EZ Reader.

Have one (PRS-300) for daily reading, eyes open for a color or larger-scale option for PDFs, but waiting for a newer screen technology or better price point.

Used to read on PDA/smartphone but not regularly using now that I have the Sony.

1) Kindle (love love love)
2) Sony 505 (former love. I list it because I still have it, but I am really hoping to sell it)
3) iPod Touch (but I don't really read on it)

I also have a netbook but I never read on it. It stays at work and I use it like a glorified jukebox when I teach music.

Wow, never made that count.
I've got 14 eInk readers.
I've got iPhone and iPod touch.
I've got 3 BlackBerrys from work.
I've got 5 old PocketPCs, which I sometimes use for casual games or my "classic" Microsoft .lit eBooks.
I've got 4 Palm Pilots/Sony variations. I've read my .PDBs on them, but now I can move to nook and iRex 800.
So I guess I'm somewhere in the range of 30 units. Obviously I'm more into collecting gadgets than reading eBooks...

In order of preference:

1 PocketBook 360 because it is very portable, has an excellent battery cycle of over 2 weeks for me and is comfortable to read on.

2 Kindle 2 looks ugly as sin (but much improved in it's tuff-luv case!) but brilliant for annotating and marking up documents. Love being able to buy books and download straight to the device in an instant.

3 iPod touch - Stanza is a brilliant little reading app but kindle for iPhone lets me keep ebooks in synch with the Kindle. The device I use for reading in the dark with!

4 Sony Touch reader - my least favourite by far and the most expensive! Touch screen makes navigation a breeze but it isn't as clear to read from as my other devices and it feels very scratchy using he stylus on the screen. Just doesn't work so well for me.

The Sony PRS-505 has been my first ebook-Reader. I loved it, but since some months it gives me technical problems all the time and I never liked the Software and the Firmware. I keep it mainly for "nostalgic" reasons.

The PRS-700 and even more the PRS-600 have been a big mistake to be bought. I bought them mainly for note-taking, but they turned out not to meet my requirements at all and I never liked the screens of those devices, could hardly read with them (the PRS-700 was in my case better for me, as the lights helped me at least somehow to solve the screen-issues. Without the lights on I was never able to read on this device and so the PRS-600 was a real big mistake to buy, hoping the screen might be better than the screen of the PRS-700 but failed). I'll try to sell those devices, but so far I still own them, that's why I've listed them.

The iPhone is in my case not a device I use to read with for many hours, but it's quite nice for short-time-reading really everywhere, even if I don't have one of my e-ink-devices with me. And it helped me out when my PRS-505 crashed again in the middle of a book and with no Computer around myself to solve the problem.

In the meantime I decided to buy the KindleDX and I really, really LOVE it. I love the screen-size, the wonderful screen (even much better than the screen of the PRS-505), the perfect annotation-function etc., etc. The KindleDX now is my main device and I guess it will stay to be that for quite a while.

Why keep the iPod Touch if you have an iPhone? They seemed exactly the same to me. I sold my Touch and old 3G, and bought a new 3GS. Was pretty sweet.

I don't like iPhone at all (as a phone). At some stage I'll certainly cancle the contract and replace it by a "real business phone". Whereas I love iPod touch.
