I just got that, it's moved up to my next read.

Thanks for the reminder! I looked for the Spellman books several months back and couldn't find them in ebook. Since you reminded me, I went and looked again and added them to my BN wishlist.

I just finished How to Wash a Cat, by Rebecca M. Hale. Lilac, I did enjoy it - but I also read it on my new toy, so maybe that had something to do with it . Also just finished Avenging Angels by Mary Stanton. I highly recommend her Beaufort & Company books!

I listened to the first hour of The Hole in the Universe: How Scientists Peered over the Edge of Emptiness and Found Everything by K. C. Cole and gave up on it. This is one of those books that I'm either going to have to dig up as an ebook or scan for myself because the ideas presented are too complex for me to process aurally.

The next book in my nonfiction queue is The Ten-Cent Plague: The Great Comic-Book Scare and How It Changed America by David Hajdu.

Just finished The Four Just Menby Edgar Wallace; a freebie I uploaded from this wonderful site. And special thanks to Dr Drib who recommended it and HarrtT who uploaded it.

I loved "If Books Could Kill," now I really want to go to Edinburgh. I'm glad you liked How to Wash a Cat, parts of it were definitely good, but the ending just made me go, HUH? I'll probably get the next one when it comes out in the hopes it'll answer some questions.

I only see the two books by her, unless she's writing under a pseudonym.

I'm reading "Playing with Fire" by Gena Showalter. I've read all the books in two series by her, and I heard about this one since she released a sequel this month. I'm really loving it!

So... needing something to read I looked was I had on the kindle...

I started reading _Metagame_ that many here have seemed to like. I have to admit I can't seem to get into it. That said, I haven't read much. I'll give it a bit more time. If it doesn't grab me I'll try something else.

Yeah, the ending did kind of sneak up on you, didn't it? Have you read "Sew Deadly" by Elizabeth Lynn Casey yet? (she's also known as Laura Bradford and writes romances, which I didn't know until today).

Is it out already? Thanks for the info! I enjoyed the first one (Dog on it), and wanted to see how Chet and Bernie were doing

Still trudging my way through Truman by David McCullough. It's finally getting interesting after detailing every election the Pendergast Machine was involved with. Now into the Truman Commission during the war. A truly fascinating man.
