Amazon might get a bit faster with the non-Apple device versions now?

Hi Sabredog,

Have you tried the ebooks at whsmiths? If you give me a title from that lost fleet series and an author I can see if whsmiths has them. As the starfist series is available to the world, maybe they have the book your looking for?

Hi AFK and thanks for the assist. The book is available for pre-order and is book 6 of the series; "Lost Fleet: Victorious" by Jack Campbell

I will also check out Whsmiths.

Yeah, not a one

But the offer to help was wonderful, thanks!

Hopefully I can get it at Fictionwise with Micropay and ereadable lists the whole series so there is also hope there.

Funnily enough I got Starfist 14 at Diesel no issues whilst Fictionwise was geo restricted.

You know,
its funny one thing because look what happened to me:

The book: "Innovator Dilemma" I cant get it on audible.
But when the second book came out, "The Innovator's Solution",
this I can buy in audible but the first not.

So if I cant buy the first book, why will I want to buy the second?

If you can't buy a popular product then a BLACK market flourishes. Prohibition on alcohol in the USA 80 years ago proved that. Prohibition on drugs continues to prove it.

These geographic and format restrictions are not government gone awry. This is sheer stupidity.

Just like with Prohibition era bootleggers, the black market for eBooks is readily available yet often poorer quality.

Even though today alcohol is taxed heavily depending on locale, few make their own to save money. Why?

This time no Constitutional Amendment is needed. Just sell a quality product, everywhere, in every format the customer wants, when the customer wants it, and at a price attractive enough to avoid much home brewing.
