Well, not really. An OK action adventure with time travel tacked-on with a poor modern day 'villain' and a trite ending.

Fantasy now, The King of Elfland's Daughter by Lord Dunsany from the mobileread library. It'll be interesting to see how this treatment of Elves compares with Tolkien's Smith of Wooton Major.

In the middle of reading E. M. Forster's "Maurice"
-- actually proofreading is more correct. I did go over the scan on the computer first (low quality source), but I didn't think there were that many errors left

Are you going to post it? I'd love to read it, but since he feared to publish it during his lifetime (it was not published until 1971), surely in my country it must still be under copyright.

Then again, in the U.S., the writings formerly attributed to Moses only recently passed into the public domain, and I don't doubt but that some of our politicians are busy writing laws to change that!

It's illegal for me to post it here, too, but it is legal for me to copy and format shift media for my own, personal use if I own it (if I borrow from the library I may only make a photo-copy). Since I really wanted in electronic format... (I wish I had had a better source than my old pb)

I'm reading Last Night in Twisted River. I love reading John Irving. For some reason, I was sure he passed away this year, I'm overjoyed that I was wrong.

As everyone knows, Kenny, *Gone With the Wind* started literary life as a 150-word flash-fiction piece in the Atlanta Weekly Bugle. The editor asked the author to work on it.

Thanks, Dixie and Fledchen. I'll cut you in on the first run of *The Movie* when it's done and dusted ... hopefully this month.
