How Run Sigil?!

I'm obviously missing something obvious here but have (I think) downloaded Sigil (Sigil-0.1.8-Code.zip ) and Extracted all files. But can't actually see which programme - and where it is - to actually run the application.

I think you have d/l the source code package, if you are running windows then you should probably use the windows installer, the second one in the list.
