Speaking of testing, I still haven't figured out how to create a poll. Is that something only moderators can do?

When you press the New Thread button, scroll alllll the way to the bottom of the page - the very last option is the poll one

Exactly. And you have to define the number of poll options first and some details such as if the poll should close after some days. Then you press "submit thread" and will be led to your poll where you can type in all your options.

is this test mandatory, does one have to use an HB pencil and keep within the boxes, or can one just scribble all over; most importantly what's the pass-mark out of 999.67'
