As as after tought, i guess we need a forum for that. Look at the number of topics already, flooding the new and commentary.
At least in a separate section, if you're not intersted, you don't read.

Considering it uses the same OS, it'll probably fit under iPhone/iPod Touch at them moment (heading amended accordingly). I imagine traffic and thread volume specific to device may determine whether an iPad-specific forum demands itself.

Complexity is not an issue. It seems pretty reasonable and not something to cause ruction to have demand determine necessity. Wait-and-see maybe?

I'd say make a new forum area for all tablet devices. Don't limit it to just the iPad, and don't put iPad in with the iTouch forum.

Would cut down on a lot of the silly and repetitive arguing over eyestrain, battery life etc. that comes up in every tablet thread as hopefully the e-ink lovers would stay out of threads about devices they aren't interested in if they were in their own forum.
