Hi all,

I found this place after following a link to calibre that I then downloaded and found it great to be able to edit metadata (the default Sony Reader library can't as far as I know). I also found it very easy to use to convert plain text and Word documents (after saving as html). Also when calibre had downloaded metadata, it was an eye-opener to see how tags then get used by the reader to form collections. All in all, a nice piece of software, and now that I've got my books the way I want, this forum also looks like a nice place to see what other tips and tricks I can pick up too.

Hello and welcome to the site. Yes Calibre is a wonderful piece of software. The owner actually hangs out on the calibre subforum on this site and answers questions now and then.

He is a gg dude and the chicks often tend to dig him.
