I got into it, played it for a few weeks... but, then I got to the point that I had the largest farm you could buy, and $2 million in funds but just didn't care any more.

My wife plays like 2 farm games, a restaurant game, a fishtank game, and fairyland game. Personally, I think they are all a waste of time at this point. But, then again, I'm sure I do stuff that she things is a wast of time. Hm... how did we get on this topic in this thread?

24 hours from now I will be well on my way to getting a new knee. this is the result of a skiing accident and a botched surgery. the last three years have been agony. for the most part knee replacements are like falling off of a log, but I am still a little frightened. I appreciate any good energy/vibes/candles whatever anyone might have available!

My dad, a former NFL player and high school football coach, had a knee replacement about a year ago (he's had both shoulders, both hips and a knee replaced ~ my kids call him a Cyborg

). He tends to push his recovery a little too fast and becomes impatient with therapy but he was very glad he had it done.

I'll be going in for surgery in a couple of weeks, too, for a hysterectomy. So, it looks like we'll be recovering together.

I'll keep you in my prayers.

thanks for all of the good wishes guys! 13 and a half hours and counting!

this will be the last view of my knee with a single scar! (and yes it IS that lumpy from the swelling!)
