I've now got about 4 inches (10cm) of snow, which is beginning to freeze solid. Temperatures of minus 5C tonight are predicted.

We've had more rain today. Not a lot...20mm (less than an inch), but it's good to have the rain back.

There's a lot of showers about. We're expecting "A few showers, local thunder" tomorrow before it fines up for the weekend. The temperature doesn't change though, even with the rain. It's always 22-23C overnight and 29-30C during the day. Obviously that's humid, with the rain, but it's nice floating in the pool with the raindrops kicking up their little drop-splashes all around you.

Damn I hate being at work today, would rather be out sleighing with the goggies. Need to look into how I can two-span them and train them better

Leo & Max just loves the snow we are currently having, even if they try to eat all of it, and then start "whining" when they get brainfreeze, at least I assume that is why they are eating snow, whining, eat more snow, whine some more, rinse and repeat.

Believe it or not, we have flurries in Birmingham!

Reminder: Last winter, there were a couple of reports here of folks who had their readers in backpacks, but after being in the cold for a short time, the screens cracked.

I think the consensus was to wear it inside your heavy clothes to keep it at body temp.

Yes. South Florida. No accumulation. Just flurries, but still.
