You could search for any Kindle 2 case, it has the same dimensions, and it fits almost perfectly.

I bought my iriver Story case from Webhallen. But they do not ship to other countries than Sweden.

what do you folks think of this as a case

it's for a kindle...
but they're both about the same size

not that good. Works fine when you're travelling. But when you commute, it's scary, thats why I got my carfolder until I can find the perfect case.

My Story is freezing when you start it up (before it even gets to listing the loaded books).

Does anybody know how to do a factory reset?

The normal reset does not fix the problem.

I was on 1.5 but had problems with the unit freezing, so I put 1.04 back on the unit. The downgrade went without a hickup, but on starting up this morning the unit is freezing.

iriver freezes
The same, with my iriver. I didn´t like the new handling of PDFS in 1.5 so I downgraded to 1.04. All went well, but now the Iriver hangs on starting up. The progressline stops about 5mm befor the end.

I upgraded to 1.50 firmware. When using the new pdf-zoom the Story suddenly froze. I then tried to connect/remove USB to computer, but nothing happened. I also tried to reset but nothing happened. Then I connected the Story to computer again and the battery started loading. I removed the USB cable once more and connected it again and was able to choose to connect the Story to the computer, then I disconnected the Story and now it seems to work as it should.

THE SAME!!! Including 5 mm's stop. Damn, I bought this gadget to my wife as present on New Year! Guys, any chance to do factory reset, indeed.

Is that why the 1.5 fw was transiently removed from the iriver website? It has been reinstalled on the website though. I have had no experience of freezing despite upgrading to 1.5, though I haven't been playing with it as much as with my PB 360 (iriver is supposed to belong to wife). After reading about the freezing I played around with it again and it still seems fine..

Mine is the same. It hangs on the start-up screen after downgrading from v1.5 to v1.12. Any solution?
