i just got done shoveling 12 inches of snow off the clinic sidewalk because, even though Administration did not close the clinic, they called the maintenance people in because "it's too dangerous to be shoveling in this weather."

Well, the nurses are handling most of the medication issues over the phone today, so all I have to do is sign their orders. Boring, really.

Hrmmm... I've been checking out DEAD(ish)'s 'sales' rating on Barnes and Noble, now that it's actually available for download - HOW did it jump from 65000ish to (supposedly) in the top 1000 in less than 5 hours? Huh?

I'm probably just hallucinating everything
