i've got to believe that the bezels are due to the prototype nature of the unit and that final production spec units would not be so bezeled.

At about 2:20mins into the video she shows version 2 of it that they claim will be the final product. Hard to tell but it looks like the bezel isn't as obtrusive as it first seemed.

Pity she wasn't allowed pick it up for testing. Would give a better idea of size and scale. Better yet they should send one out to me for testing

If you can open a book on both screens (e-ink for daytime reading, LCD for nighttime reading), and if the bezel would be about 1/4th of what it is now, it would be an awesome device!

That second video is MUCH better. It was pretty sad to see the original reporter poking at the icon trying to get it to open up the book app...that's a presenter's worst nightmare.

It actually looks like an awesome device. I also <3 the fact that it has bluetooth, so if you really wanted you could use a bluetooth keyboard with it.

Tempting. If the iRex DR800 sucks, I'll think twice about this.
