Well lets see....

Hint posted at 1846 hrs my time.

I've gone through every thread that has a new post in it from 1500hrs onwards my time and still not found it.

Maybe I really do need glasses!

Oh well, the lack of one letter out of 11 shouldn't stop me from guessing the book...

It could be an old post - else it would make things too easy, like yesterday - or perhaps it's in another forum.... Perhaps the hint is not what you think. (I haven't found it yet though)

Another forum? Would be pretty wierd to post the letter on another site. Unless you mean another forum category here at MR, like in the archive or the Iliad or the pocketbook forums. In that case, I've searched every thread in every forum here at MR that has a post from 1500hrs onwards.

An old post? Perhaps, but if so I'm not going to spend yet more hours scanning every thread on here to look for it.

The hint is definitely not what I think!

I've even tried looking through the Wiki but no luck yet.

Yes, that's what I meant. As far as I'm aware Mobileread is a collection of forums - at least that's the wording used here in the inter-site links

Ok that was freaky but I finally found it.

Not sure how it ended up where it did and really have no idea how anyone would find it using the clue!
